Parachutes’ post-hardcore, their mixture of heaviness and melody, screaming and singing, the complex song structures and double bass-attacks are simply fun! That’s also, what the press thought and journalists only wrote good things about their third album, which is – you guessed it? Surprise! – called „Working Horses“ and released on Redfield Records: „Eleven rocking Screamo-attacks with great melodies can be found on this great album" (METALGLORY) . Or: With „very fairly energic sound with a lot of power this album basicly got everything you need.“ (BURNYOUREARS). And: „Parachutes combine the usual elements like brute vocals, harmonic moments or impressive guitars to fresh, energetic songs, that positively remind us of the high time of Screamo." (VISIONS). Parachutes are located at the small German state called Saarland, but they „don’t need to be compared to bigger, international acts, as these are not necessary at all“ – that’s, what FUZE says and we see it exactly the same way. Because of that we now are responsible for extending the Parachutes-gig list. And we’ll buy some more webspace, if necessary, too. |
